Great Clips

My son loves our local Great Clips!! He gets to check in online so he can just walk up to the counter and say he's there and wants his usual (having his usual is his favorite part lol)! And if he wants something different he just asks and they always make him happy! He's a satisfied customer and I'm a happy mama because his hair always looks great!! Win win 🤗 all the employees have been amazing and I've never had a bad experience here!

Very disappointed in the haircut result my brother got. Hair line is not straight. It shows on the hairline one side with hair and the other side cut bald. The sides of head are not cut straight and the top is higher and other side is shorter. He left the store being upset about his haircut. I Would not think about coming back here again. Great clips manager should consider to see thoroughly in employees in before giving them the job

We checked in on the app, which is always a time saver. There was a 16 minute wait and we were across town. When we arrived, the wait had gone down and we were 2nd in line. As we sat and waited, I watched a few things. One of the stylists, who actually cut my son's hair, had ear buds in her ears and answered a phone call. I thought this was extremely unprofessional. I don't think anyone in a service industry should have ear buds in because as a patron, I feel that I do not have your complete attention. Second, she continued to cut the customer's hair and I would be concerned that she wasn't fully paying attention and could make a mistake. I was hesitant to allow her to cut my son's hair, but I saw the 2 posted signs that stated customers could not request a stylist. I think the main reason patrons can't requests stylists is because there is such a high turnover rate. The other stylist I was observing was a gentleman wearing a hat. I know it may be old school, but gentlemen should not wear hats in the building. Plus, he seemed as if he didn't want to be there. It wasn't as if he was rude or anything. He just wasn't really pleasant or nice. He was nondescript or blah. We continue to go back because my son thinks the hair cuts are okay. He is not too picky. Plus the price isn't overly expensive. I myself do not get my hair cut here as I am picky. There is probably a reason that his dad usually takes him to get hair cuts. Hmmm...

Had a Disappointing experience, but Great Clips stepped up and rectified it with a Free hair cut. Of course I had to wait till my hair grew out some, but there was no expiration on the offer.. So on Jan 4, 24 I tried again. I’m so Happy I did, what an Awesome Visit. The Stylist was friendly, helpful and most important Knowledgeable in cutting my hair type. She listened to what I wanted, made suggestions, took her time & I walked out happy & with a cut I wanted. I checked online, with no wait, everyone was cheerful and seemed happy to be there. Keep up the Great Clips…

Very disappointed. I asked for 2 inches to be cut off of the length and for the layers to be shaped up. That is always what I ask for and normally when I walk out you can barely tell I got it cut. The very first cut she did at the back of my head, I knew it was trouble. I could tell by where she was pressed against my back as she cut that she was going to short. But after that chop, what more could I do? It's not like it can be added back on. Instead of 2 inches (which usually only looks like an inch if any has been taken off) She literally cut more than 4-5 inches off of my length and gave me super short layers. My hair was below my shoulders when I walked in and barely touching the top of my shoulders when I left. Before I could put my hair up in a high ponytail in the back or even a claw clip. Now, I can barely get a low, short, choppy ponytail and can't even get a claw clip on it. And no, I didn't say anything or complain, because like I said before, it's not like you can put it back on and after that first cut, it was too late to do anything but continue to cut it.

10-30-2023(lastnight) was my first time coming to this establishment. I'm very picky about my hair, was in dire need of a cut, and they were the only place to take a walk-in. Didn't have a long wait time at all. My stylist was absolutely amazing and made sure she understood exactly what I wanted. She cut about 8in off due to being tired of doing ponytails and braids to wear a helmet. She went above and beyond to make sure I was satisfied, had great conversation, even stayed a little late to make sure I walked out happy. I'm horrible with names but the 2 females that were there lastnight are great girls. I felt like I was hanging out with people I've known for ages. I would definitely return since I know I can get a great cut and good conversation! Very hard to find people like those 2 ladies these days!
